    Standard cleaning services can be scheduled weekly, biweekly, and monthly. Our job is to maintain your space to be fresh and clean, scheduled according to your needs!

    If you’re hiring a cleaner for the first time, or if your house hasn’t been professionally cleaned for a while, you are most likely in need of a deep clean. Deep cleaning goes beyond standard maintenance and brings your home to a higher level of cleanliness, making it easier to keep clean with standard routines going forward. Our deep cleaning included everything on our standard cleaning checklist as well as extra tasks like wet cleaning baseboards, windows sills, blinds, etc. A deep clean ensures that your home is spotless and healthy.

    When you move into a new home, it's a great opportunity for a complete clean. This gives you peace of mind that everything is clean and ready for you and your family. Frequent questions

What should I do before the cleaning professionals arrive?
To ensure that we provide your home with the highest quality of service and efficiency, we ask that you do the following before we arrive: • Pick up all toys and clutter around the house. • Put away all clothes and shoes. • Wash the dishes This will allow the cleaning technicians easy access to the areas/surfaces to be cleaned: fIoors, countertops, tabletops, etc. If you'd like our professionals to do these tasks for you, please contact us (in advance) so your cleaning fee can be adjusted for the additional “cleaning preparation” time.
HOW LONG SHOULD i WAIT FOR THE CLEANING PROFESSIONAL TO ARRIVE?
We work with estimated arrival time windows of 2 hours so that we can structure our day effectively. This allows us to reach the next client while navigating traffic and many other variables that demand our time throughout the day.
Do I need to be home for every cleaning service?
No. As we work from 9 a.m. to 6 p.m. Monday through Friday, most of our clients are not home when we arrive. In most of these cases, our insured cleaning professional receives a spare key, garage door code, lockbox, or other method.
What if I want to cancel or reschedule my appointment?
We are happy to work with customers to reschedule, reduce the services requested, and cancel services to work around your schedule. However, if you cancel or reschedule your appointment after 48 hours notice, you will be charged half of the full amount of the cleaning. ALL CANCELLATIONS AND/OR RESCHEDULES MUST BE IN EMAIL OR TEXT. We understand that last minute emergencies are out of our control and these situations can happen to anyone, please note that some last-minute cancellations can be prevented if a customer provides us with access to their home using a garage door code, spare key, lockbox, or other method
How long will it take to clean my house?
Unfortunately, there is no defined time limit. We like to take our time and take pride in the quality of our work, so while we can provide you with an average baseline number, we don't want to limit ourselves to that. Each house is different. The cleaning timeis different if we are sendind 1, 2, 3, or more cleaners. We give each house the attention it deserves and requires. We work with an exclusive application to record your preferences so that our services are as unobtrusive as possible. Also it's important to know that we charge per job not per hour.
What happens if a customer is not satisfied?
If you are not happy with any area we have cleaned, simply contact our support the same day and we will come back and re-clean it free of charge. The cleaning technicians must be allowed to come back into the home within 1 business day, and usually are able to return the same day.
Can I leave my pet loose?
We are a completely Pet-Friendly company but we recommend that you find a comfortable place for your pets so that they are at ease while we clean. We do not want them to feel uncomfortable or stressed with the use of the vacuum cleaner and the movement of people around the house. Also, it is the customer's responsibility to restrain and safeguard their pets before our arrival as we will be entering and exiting your home with equipment and supplies.
Do I need to provide any cleaning equipment or materials?
We only request that you provide paper towels and trash bags. We arrive with all the cleaning materials we need and take them with us when we leave. We take pride in using some of the best products and vacuum cleaners on the market to ensure that we leave your home spotless. If you have any preference regarding the cleaning products we use, feel free to let us know and we will do our best to accommodate your requests.
